I was wondering if anyone has installed LMDE on multi-core CPU. I'm using 32bit LMDE on Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU D510 , it's a Dual Core (4 threads) CPU, but in /proc/cpuinfo I can see only 1 CPU.
I have seen dmesg | grep CPU:
[ 0.000000] ACPI: NR_CPUS/possible_cpus limit of 1 reached. Processor 1/0x2 ignored.
[ 0.000000] ACPI: NR_CPUS/possible_cpus limit of 1 reached. Processor 2/0x1 ignored.
[ 0.000000] ACPI: NR_CPUS/possible_cpus limit of 1 reached. Processor 3/0x3 ignored.
I think the default kernel is not SMP capable. Is there any SMP capable pre-compiled kernel for this distro?
Thank you so much
