where can I ask someone to help me make/edit some icons?

I'd like to know where is a good place to ask if someone would be will to help me out with some icons please as I suck at graphics type stuff. I know what I'm after and most of it is just re colour and add and image to the folder icon then get them to match the icon themes I want to use.

Have a hunt around http://gnome-look.org/. You may find someone there who can help (or you may even find a theme that suits you already).

thanks I'll check it out. that's where I found the icon themes to begin with, I'm just not sure if anyone would be willing to help me. I only want a few Faenza folders done...
A Dropbox one for Mint-X-Faenza and a Torrent folder for Faenza, Mint-X-Faenza, F-Dark, Faenza-Cupertino. I have asked some of the people that make the icons but I haven't had any luck.
