Fichiers APE, CUE

Post by guest »

I would like to know how to read the files APE and CUE on Linux.

On Windows I use the best (for me) audio player Foobar2000 but what on linux?

Thanks by advance.

You can convert them:

There is (was?) a plugin for xmms, maybe is was taken down?

Also a plugin for K3b, maybe? also taken down

I have made 2 .mint files one for xmms and one for audacious.
They will install xmms or audacious and the codec to play .ape files.
xmms:
http://www.4shared.com/file/31755060/cd ... s-mac.html

audacious:
http://www.4shared.com/file/31755059/9f ... s-mac.html

If you have any problems with these just post here.
I haven't tested in awhile but they worked fine(might be slow) while working I was on Darnya XFCE CE before Dec.

Never knew about the K3b plugin might look into that.

Hi

K3b Monkey's Audio plugin seems to have been around a while,
Had it in Suse 9.3?

Found a version here:
