The REAL reason Ikey was away . .

1) Ikey needs to leave home , escape to Canada is one of his choices . .
2) he meets a French-Canadian notorious comic bad guy !
3) he is co-erced to wear a wet leather Canadian beaver hat to enter without problem(s) . . 8)
. . and it dried . .

I hate Sundays , too much time to sit and ponder . .

The shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

Always remember that you are unique; just like everyone else.

Speaking of fishing...

The fishing season hasn't opened and a fisherman who doesn't have a license, is casting for trout as a stranger approaches and asks "Any luck?"

"Any luck? This is a wonderful spot. I took 10 out of this stream yesterday" he boasts.

"Is that so? By the way, do you know who I am?" asks the stranger.

"Nope."

"Well, meet the new game warden."

"Oh," gulped the fisherman. "Well, do you know who I am?"

"Nope".

"Meet the biggest liar in the state."

It could at least have the courtesy to carry a warning sign of some sort. I'm calling Health & Safety immediately. This is definitely not COSHH compliant.

Here it is Ken. It seems that some people made a mistake and sent the money to me instead.
But you are the rightful beneficiary, so I'm sending it to you.

Don't spend it all in one place.
Make a donation to Linux Mint, also.

Cheers,

Thanks npap, but keep a couple billion for yourself. That should be enough for a bowl of soup and glass of wine!

My assets

Post by npap »

Hello Ken,
Thanks for your offer of the two billion but the amount is not enough for a bowl of soup and a glass of wine.
After all, I am sufficiently rich to be able to afford a much better meal.

I just inherited a very rich uncle. Here is the first instalment I received from the bank.

I can loan you any amount you may need for the year's expenses.

I am also donating 200 billion dollars to the Linux Mint project.

Cheers,
npap

My good fortune

Post by npap »

220px-Apollo_synthetic_diamond.jpg
Correct, Ken.
But the rocks are sparkling and brilliant!
My late uncle, God bless his soal, left me a diamond mine! So have I been informed by a
Zimbabwe official.
But in order to make it offficial, I have to pay taxes in the amount of one Million American dollars in advance.
And since I have no American currency of that magnitude, I am looking for a good partner who may be willing to invest in this giant, profitable enterprise.

How about it, Ken? Are you interested?
You will owm 50% of the business and will get the management, since you are more business-oriented than me.

We will also offer a few shares, at a good price, to all our friends in this forum who may be willing to share my good fortune.
Please reply as soon as possible since the deadlne is 24:00 hrs, Oct. 30, 2011, Zimbabwe time.

Thanks in advance,
Your lucky partner,
npap

Yes, I'm interested! I've just won $1,500,000 in the Microsoft email lottery, so I can send you the tax money as soon as my bank account is credited with my winnings.

By the way, Ken, here's what we're getting into. It's the hole truth. :)

I'm telling you! This is really big business.
We will also need to hire some good slave drivers. Can you recommend any reliable men?
How about Deadguy and Richyrich?
We will also need a sky diver. There's a guy here somewhere but I forgot his name.

Have a nice weekend,
