Need a help

I want a black & green appaerence theme.I modify my theme_base colors & for the background I select Black(#000000),for the text
green(#16E23).All it is fine but the problem is the Darnya Main_Menu because the backgrownd was white.I modify in the preference select "use
custom color" & in the Custom_border_color,Custom_color & Custom_Heading I write #000000 to have all black.But doesn't work...the background
remains white ! What I have to modify also?
