Mintupdate: Limit download

I'd like to see the possibility to configure Mintupdate in a way, that it makes a difference between important and less important updates. I have a very unstable and slow network, which makes every big update very painful. It would be nice if Mintupdate would only update - for instance - critical security leaks and important bug fixes (for specifically chosen apps) immediatly and other stuff in bigger (best: variable) intervals. This would save time and nerves for me...

As a temporary work around you could set it to only use level 1 and 2
