I don't have bluetooth to play with so I may be wrong...

and it is in the repositories - open synaptic (Package manager) and search for it
It should work for you

Do as it tells you - always with a sudo
sudo dpkg --configure -a
Should fix synaptics

You typed the wrong password 3 times so the command has been aborted. Have you enabled the different root account? In that case the root password may differ from the password you use to login to your desktop
