i cannot doble click with touchpad

my problem is obvous:
i can use my touchpad fine but i cannot doble click with it.
how can i solve it?

Go to Mouse preferences in control panel. Then Touchpad tab and make sure "Enable Mouse clicks with Touchpad" is checked

OK i checket it and "Enable Mouse clicks with Touchpad" is enabled.
the problem source is another thing.

synclient | grep TapButton1
