Strange Issue trying to update to Pack 3

I have been trying to update to Update Pack 3 and my system doesn't seem to be actually updating. I've included a picture of what I get when clicking the Update Pack Info button.

My apt/sources.list looks like this:

According to the image you posted, you are pointing to "Latest", but your sources.list appear to be pointing towords "Testing"

I'd suggest reconciling this, refresh, and see what happens.

His sources.list is correct. The word "testing" is used to find the right category of packages within the Latest repo.

The Update Pack Info button does just that, shows you the information. It's saying you are already up-to-date with the latest pack.
If you don't have any "Updates" in mintUpdate; then it's possible you already are up-to-date.

Thanks for the responses. I don't have any updates pending, but the 3.0 kernel wasn't installed either. Also, notice that there isn't a green light on my upgrade status, just a blank lightbulb. It's almost like it thinks it's updated, but really isn't. Or possibly not all updates were applied. I could manually install the kernel, but I don't want to do that if the rest of the updates aren't also applied. Any further thoughts?

So how could you solve this? I did the update but it did not update the kernel...
