Hi guys,
there is a difference in the volume control applet of LMDE and Debian Testing,
both Gnome. In LMDE, there is the possibility to set the volume up to 150%,
in standard Debian Testing only up to 100%.
Which packet in LMDE is responible for this? Or in other words, which packt
would I have to install in Debian Testing to have the same volume control applet
then in LMDE?
Thanks in advance
Regards
pAt

Re: Volume Control LMDE
You should be able to increase the sound past 100% in the sound preferences.

Re: Volume Control LMDE
Perhaps LMDE uses PulseAudio. I don't use it so I can't comment further.

The sound preference will open (I don't know why the sound preference NOT in the menu). Adjust the output volume as you want it to be then close.
I hope this helped

Re: Volume Control LMDE
Any way to get the volume control on the top-bar to let you increase volume pass 100% like you can in the settings?
