Downloaded and launched live CD of LMDE XFCE edition, 32bit into a VirtualBox instance. LiveCD seems to work fine. When I initiate reboot after install (having removed dvd as needed), the next time it comes up it is nothing but a black screen. That's it. Nothing more.
LMDE is set for 2 partitons. Swap on sda1. / on sda2. MBR on sda2.
Virtual Box has 512mb ram allocated, 6gb disk allocated, network set to NAT for now.
System just freezes on boot up.
Any hints folks? Thanks!

Re: Reboot Virtualbox black screen
Hey John. Go into the settings and give it 1000mgs instead of 512. That should do it. That being said, if it fails to fix your problem, you really just need to use the whole virtual "drive" , instead of using a "normal" partitioning scheme, (unless I am mis-understanding that part)
