No embedded Flash plugin in Google Chrome in Katya (64-bit)?

Hi.

I downloaded the official Google Chrome 64-bit .deb from http://www.google.com/chrome.
In Ubuntu, Windows, Mac OS and basically any other OS, Google embeds their own version of Adobe Flash with their browser (which I like and miss here).

But in Mint Katya (no-codecs version), when I type about:plugins in my address bar, it is not here.

If I install the plugin system-wide, it works of course, so it's not really a problem.
Just wondering why it works with Ubuntu and not with Mint. It should be within the .deb file.

Any ideas?
