Mint 11 Update issue, "Could not download all repository"

I just reinstalled Mint 11 after feeling so tired with Ubuntu 11.10. It's fresh install, I formatted the partition of Ubuntu and installed Mint 11. Play around with some applications and I got the error when trying to update:

Could not download all repository indexes

The repository may no longer be available or could not be contacted because of network problems. If available an older version of the failed index will be used. Otherwise the repository will be ignored. Check your network connection and ensure the repository address in the preferences is correct.

Failed to fetch bzip2:/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/extras.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_binary-i386_Packages Hash Sum mismatch
Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I tried to find a solution but fail even change the Main Server to Best Server in Software Sources, I need some helps, plz!

You are posting in the wrong area, here it's for linux mint debian edition, not linux mint 11.. You should ask an admin to move your topic, you should find some help there!

Must be a repository that you have added. You may want to check their site and make sure the address is correct and complete. the Software Sources program is one way to edit, disable, or remove that repository. (Mint 11 Katya = Natty)
