So in LXDE I was messing around a while ago, and now there is no windows decoration. I have Openbox and it says it starts with open box, and it was working before so it's not a problem with not having openbox installed.
I tried reinstalling it but that did nothing.
Any idea's?

If you add a new user and login with that user is everything ok?
