I am very new to the Linux Mint OS.
I first installed Linux Mint 11 32-Bit DVD (with codecs) about three weeks ago.
Loved it so much, I decided to install Linux Mint 12 64-Bit RC (with codecs; with updates to final).
Awesome, it was easier to install, update and set up my wifi on both printers (Kodak ESP 7 AIO & Epson Artisan 837 AIO).
Then read further in the forums on how to get rid of multiple icons. Alacarte was the answer...
I have tried several other top distros. They lack what Linux Mint has done.
MATE, Unity, and Gnome 3...Perfect!!
For a newbie, Linux Mint was the best.
All in all, give credit where credit is due, Linux Mint Rocks!!
Thank you!
