Volume Control, beyond 100% volume

So right now in Settings > Sound, you can adjust output volume to above 100%~ I think this is great, cause I'm a little hard of hearing...

Anyway for the 'Volume Control' widget on the Shell, top-bar, range to go beyond 100% as well?

No, save a patch, the volume control in gnome-shell is stuck that way.
