Recover files off of old Mint4Win.

I've got 2 old Mint4Win installations that had files I want in them, but no way to boot into them currently.

What's the easiest way to quickly recover my files from them and copy them to an external hard drive?

Can you mount and access the mint4win folder that you created on the win C drive using the Disk Utility program from a Live Mint disk ?
