okay im new to kde and im trying to install compiz in my freshly installed mint 12 kde rc.it shows that its installed,but,when i select it it shows its loading then just stops.any ideas

Compiz is for Gnome as i know. KDE has it's own manager. I believe it's kwin or something like that. it should be already installed. : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KWin

thanks i seen those things on my kde but didnt know how to set them up.gonna try some tweaking.

okay i have wobbly and some window effects.now i dont know how to use the cube.
