computer and partions etc

I have the same Issue. Live-cd runs great, but install-program does nothing.

Found it!
Close all programs in Tray, I think it is a memory-issue (found a line about it with google doing nothing when low on mem).
I closed all programs and off it went !
(512 MB ram dell laptop)
