Put yourself down somewhere, as stiff as a plank, and film yourself doing that--a.k.a. "planking"--is the hot thing to do on Youtube right now. So I thought this was a joke post. Planking on Linux! :lol:

Actually a very good an to the point tutorial of a beautiful dock.

Nice. However - when I go through the installing sequence until I get to:

sudo apt-get install plank
Then I get the following:

Not sure what I do wrong - everything else looks normal. Have the same problem with xnoise .... I have installed quite a few packages like that - first time this happens. What do I do wrong?

longtom plank is not available for mint 9. Only the builds for mint 10,11,12(precise build is also available) are available in that ppa

I see - thanks for clearing this up. That's my work machine and I prefer the LTS on that. I have a LMDE version as well - any chance to get it run on that (... I know - I'm sliding off topic fast .... ) :?
