MGSE Bottom Panel Extension

A minor annoyance but I've not been able to solve it.
I've noticed that my Firefox Bookmarks drop downs which are quite long appear BELOW the bottom panel, while this doesn't seem to affect scrolling to the bottom of the menu, it does appear to be a layering problem. Its odd because the actual applications seem to be in the proper position.

Anyone else seeing this?

Hi! I've noticed that using nautilus bottom bar hides the last menu entry (using right click on files). This is a similar behavior that Innerconx described. Anybody can fix it? I think that is an important interaction bug.

I've tried everything I can think of. Any one else? Any suggestions?
