Ubuntuone on LMDE Update Pack 3

Anyone manage to get it working on LMDE? I was stymied with python-apport which isn't available from the LMDE repositories.

Well I've found a few 'how tos' and this afternoon one specifically for Linux Mint. Unfortunately it wasn't for LMDE, and I got caught in the dependency hell you're referring to.

Yeah I've tried the 1st URL sometime ago on vanilla Debian; it's outdated and doesn't work. I've been working at this for some months now and haven't been able to get Ubuntuone to work on a non-Ubuntu distro without going through dependency hell.

BTW Are there any linuxmint support email lists? Not crazy about this type of web forum.

I tried Ubuntuone on LMDE once but I gave up. Shame really, it looks like a good service, though obviously I have never used it.
