Hi!
I download a theme (Eleganse) for Cinnamon and I installed in usr/share/themes and when I go to Cinnamon Setting\Themes I ca not see the new installed themes. I don't how to make the theme available.

Try instead putting it to ~/.themes folder. Open Nautilus (file browser), and press Ctrl+H to show hidden folders to get to see the .themes folder in your user's home folder (or create it if it isn't there yet).
