in ubuntu 11.10 i could use compiz to set keyboard shortcuts for snapping windows to the left or right side of the screen. how can i do this in mint 12?
Hmm they're not working? I personally use the grid function but not the keyboard shortcuts, just checked now and they don't seem to be working for me either, strange...

I would also need this shortcut, but can't find a way to do it in Cinnamon... Like "Move Current Window left" (would snap to closest border) or "Move to next/previous screen" shortcuts would be awesome.
ok, so this isn't just me. i tried to make the 'put left' and 'put right' be super left and right respectively.. same as i use on my windows machine, but they don't seem to do anything for me either.
