There is a lengthy topic somewhere in forum and the poor guy in that could not boot his laptop
This is about allocating resources (you guessed that, didn't you :)) and may or may not be serious
If you have ATI video it may be the result of the (very) wrong driver
It's really hard to find out what it is so if everything works OK just "forget about it".
