Is there a way to get a volume control icon in the top panel?
All I've been able to get is a mixer icon.
I'm running xfce4 in Mint 12

Re: No volume control icon in panel
volume control works different in XFCE
you don't click Icon you hover mouse on Icon and use mouse scroller or keyboard up/down keys (icon change to replect level)
OR
In mixer make cotrol visable (usally 'master') and can drag that to desired level from now on .
