ie favorites to bookmarks

I'm trying to take a favorites folder copied from windows 7(on another partition) and get the links into firefox. I have found a tedious way to do them individually, but how to get the whole folder(about 200 url's) in at once? Thanks

The easier way would be to install Firefox on Windows 7, let it import the favourites from IE there, and then backup your bookmarks from Firefox there and restore the backup on your Firefox on Linux Mint.
