Have you verified the integrity of the media you are booting from? Also, after downloading it is always best to check the MD5 is the same as the one given on the Mint LXDE download page.

yes I've checked MD5. everything was ok.
My old computer is AMD athlon xp 1700, ram 1GB, HDD 40GB, Graphic Card radeon 9500.
after installing new ubuntu the same information appeard.
