Animations and other effects in compiz
I'm new to linux and have just installed mint 4.0. Compiz-fusion installed but I can only get some of the effects, cube rotation and wobbly windows. Nothing else works regardless of the settings I use in compizconfig manager. I managed to get all these effects working no problem in sabayon and pclinuxos. Any suggestions?

You've probably done this but still
Control Center > Appearance > Visual effects
Have you enabled here?
