No HDMI Video In Mint 11

Just about a week ago I lost HDMI video in Mint 11. Had worked fine up to that time. I still get HDMI sound but no video. If I switch to Ubuntu (which is also on this computer), HDMI video is fine. I can view video on the PC monitor but nothing shows up on my TV which is connected to the HDMI output from the PC. As far as I can recall, I didn't install any new software, so I'm puzzled as to why I lost the HDMI video. If anyone has a solution to this problem, please let me know.
