Seems the limit has been put back into place.

Or not? With this post I didn't have a problem and I pressed Submit 2 seconds after posting something else.

I'll notify the admins of possible issue. If you are at least level 2 you should be able to post two messages in quick succession without problem.

Nothing has been changed as far as I know / can tell.

It only happens sometimes, not always within 90 seconds like it used to be.

It worked well for a few days but now I again get the same red message when submitting a post within 90 seconds.
