Ubuntu Tweak

Post by rcdeacon »

Just saw an article in Linux Today about "Ubuntu Tweak". It is only for those who use Ubuntu Gnome and it allows tweaking on the Gnome system. I was wondering that since Mint is based on Ubuntu would this program work in Mint? Second question follows right along, is it even necessary considering how optimized Mint is? I would appreciate any insights.

Most - but not all - for Ubuntu works in Mint. Printing is different....
My general experience (from win95 up to now in Mint) is that there are very few tweaks that makes a noticeable difference. But there has been some....

Thank you Husse for your quick reply. I kind of figured that you guys have done most of the things that "tweak" would do but just thought I would ask.
