need help ASAP with java

well im trying to go onto runescape but it says i need to update java. Everytime it takes me to java's website and has download links for linux. I cant ever get it to update right how do i update java? please help. ASAP

Java was removed from Ubuntu but should still be within Mint since it comes with it. If you have trouble from the Mint repos you can always
