I hate these guys. Each time they call, and yes they call more than once, I argue bout the absolute stupidity of their claim. Tonight, I daid, "oh really, well, thats very unusual since I RUN LINUX YOU MORON!!!!!!!" Still insisted, I hung up. Freakin Idiot

haha, I had one such call and kept them talking by asking how I should dis-able my firewall so they could get into my pc. Eventually they gave up and terminated their call. I didn't even get around to mentioning I run linux.

Had one of those calls, couldn't figure out what she was saying, thought she was the phone sex girl I'd clicked on in the pr0n box earlier. Asked her what she was wearing, offered to penetrate her firewall, she had no idea what I was talking about either .... job done.

Funny :D

As a sidenote, I remember the story of a guy who got one of those African fake emails, asking for help to "park" money on his bank account for a while. I remember reading that at the end, the crooks ended up paying him money :P

I had one of these on the line at my mothers. Wonderfully stupid.

Proposition:

Create a random telephone router application that you can connect salespersons to from all over the world.
When someone call you, like the cases mentioned in this thread, you simply press the "Random Terror Button" and the call is forwarded to a pool from where it's matched to another salesperson. They have a wonderful time with each other and you have an even more wonderful time listening to their, hopefully extremely confused attempt to understand what's going on. Off course the option to record any such conversation is built-in. And we'll have channels streaming this madness 24/7. 8)
