Combo key for Terminal in Linux Mint 12 KDE 64bit

How can I set combo key Ctrl + Alt + T to open Terminal ( Konsole ) ? This is not defauft for me when i installed Mint KDE and this is combo key to enable/unenable Touchpad . I dont know how to change this combo key back to open Terminal !!!

Any suggestion ? Any help ? Thanks :D
