rm file streams instead of plays

I have a .rm file that I'm trying to play but everytime in says streaming at the bottom ( in Totem). I have also tried VLC and Real Player 10. I have other .rm files that I can play under Windows that won't play when using Mint 12. Any ideas? Thank in advance.
