Mint 12 LXDE how set uo touchpad

Hiì Ive installed Mint 12 LXDE on my Asus eeePC 1015p which has an Elantech touchpad. I'd like to change (elevate)the time lag for the double click. How can it be done since there's not a bar like this on the Keyboard/mouse sytem menagar? Thanks
