Missing panel information

Missing panel information

I have installed the new RC and when running Cinnamon, after using the hot corner to display the desktops and return to the current desktop only the the icons are displayed on the panel but no letters or numbers. The mint menu shows all the icons but no descriptions.

I do not understand why this post has been moved, it relates to Cinnamon on the LMDE RC iso.

Your post originally was in the Main Edition section of the forum (for the Ubuntu based Linux Mint), I've moved it to the LMDE section of the forum. There isn't a sub-section for Cinnamon in the LMDE section (yet), hence I moved it here.
