problems with ibgnutls 2.8.6-1ubuntu2.1

Postby kudrnatej1 on Wed Apr 18, 2012 3:18 pm

Hallo,

recently, I updated ibgnutls 2.8.6-1ubuntu2 to ibgnutls 2.8.6-1ubuntu2.1 and problems was started.

Since this, I cannot connect to my webhosting provider via explicit ftp over tls.

Command: LIST
> Answer: 150 Here comes the directory listing.
> Answer: 522 SSL connection failed; session reuse required: see require_ssl_reuse option in vsftpd.conf man page
> Error: Nelze získat výpis složky (Cannot show the folders)

I rolled back 2.8.6-1ubuntu2.1 to 2.8.6-1ubuntu2 and I would like to ask, if is this known problem or if the next library will have (unfortunately for me) the same problem..

Thank you in advice for any information, best reg...

    ash_sids
I had the same issue with vsftpd 2.1.

In your system, which version of vsftpd is being used, otherwise try ash_sids fix..

Which Mint version do you use? If you're using an ubuntu-based version you can check if it's a known bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu, for LMDE please take a look at http://www.debian.org/Bugs/ instead.
