Hmmm.
I've tried
* linuxmint-201204-mate-cinnamon-64bit-rc
* linuxmint-201204-mate-cinnamon-dvd-64bit and
* linuxmint-201204-mate-cinnamon-dvd-32bit
without success.
First one, can't remember what happened but for the two others, it would stuck on "please wait, loading" on an almost white screen.
I waited long and nothing happened.
I'm so disappointed cause I use Mint 3 years ago and it was perfect! Can someone tell me if I've done something wrong or direct me to the debut of a solution perhaps?
I burned the iso correctly so I don't get my problem. Anyone came up with the same problem?
My install is from exactly a year:
- Sapphire AMD HD 6850 1Go GDRR5
- Corsair DDR3 4Go 1600MHz C9
- AMD Phenom II X2 555
- Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3
Oh and I'm on dual Windows 7/Ubuntu 10.10 for now
Thank you for the help you can provide.

Re: Not even installing
Maybe your drive has seen better days, try from a USB stick instead?
Re: Not even installing
If you are still unable to get these to work, try Mint 11. I had problems installing LMDE 201204, Mint 12 KDE, and Mint 12 Gnome, but Mint 11 works like a charm.kurihana30 wrote:Hmmm.

Re: Not even installing
Have you tried starting up on compatibility mode. Maybe it's a graphics problem.
