[SOLVED] nautilus-open-terminal

Postby nomko on Wed Mar 28, 2012 1:24 pm

Hi guys,

This is weird, i've got nautilus-open-terminal installed. But when i go to a folder (~/home/nomko/Downloads) and right click in the folder to select Open terminal, this option is not available. Why is that and where can i find it?

You have to select the parent folder on the LHS to refresh the list first before right clicking the folder on the RHS.

[quote]I'm running Mint 12 + Mate. I've found out on the Dutch Mint forum that i can't run nautilus extenions under Mate/Caja? This will give me a hugh problem since i use that open-terminal extension a lot under Ubuntu and i love to work with that extension.

Mate is running Caja and there is not (yet ?) an 'open-in-terminal' option.
Cinnamon uses Nautilus , and there is that possibility.

I solved it by creating a starter which starts Naulilus. This provides me my open terminal script!
