Synaptic opens and immediatly closes, Help!

So, I shutdown my lappy lastnight and today when I try to start Synaptic package manager it opens real quick and then closes immediatly. I've tried removing it and re-installing, but it still does the same thing. I cant imagine what has happened, but can someone please help me? I'm still kind of new at linux, but I have used ubuntu on and off for about 5 years now, so I know the basics and a bit more. Hope someone knows what to do.

Here's what I got from the inxi -S command:

Wow, exact same problem, pretty close on the wording too ... Strange bug, I will search next time, I just knew I had done something and that it would be really hard to fix. Thanks so much for the help, I love Mint!
