WinFast PalmTop DTV200 H

I'm trying to make this USB TV tuner to work on my Linux Mint 12 KDE edition without any success.
It seems that the card is recognized:

where it's noted that this device is not supported on linux, but I think and I hope there exists a way to make it work.
I noticed that it's not listed in supported LInus mint TV tuners.

Can somebody help me to install this card and make it work on my LInux Mint? I will appreciate any help that may lead me to make it work.

Searching for "ID 0413:6f02 Leadtek Research, Inc." gives just a few hits, so I guess not many Linux users are using it. There is a long topic here: http://forum.ubuntu-rs.org/Thread-usb-t ... h-i-ubuntu. Not sure it ends in resolving the problem; it is in Serbian (have a look with Google translate, perhaps something helpful in the commands shared).

I also searched the web for this issue with no result, but I still hope there should be a workaround to solve this problem.
I posted here because I thought there is anybody who solved this issue or something similar.

I will keep looking, maybe I will succeed solving this problem
