I click on the menu, I go to the control center then I choose Advanced Desktop Effects.
This brings up my CompizConfig Settings Manager.

I looked in the Cube preferences and I must be missing something.

How can I
A. Have different backgrounds for different virtual desktops (Total = 4)
B. Make the Top and Bottom of the 6 sided cube virtual desktops and switch to them (Control Alt Down just flattens the cube)?
Not sure if this is possible but I'm tossing the question out there anyway.

Ah, that explains that. Thank you.

How about the background in which the cube rotates on, is that also KDE only to change?
