The problem you may have is wifi not insertion. Linux is plug and play
Just put it in and see what happens. The most likely scenario is that it just works

In most cases, if it is supported it is plug and play, if not you might have to download firmware/driver, at worst compile. Or it is not supported, and you do not have a chance in .... to get it working
