Just came back to linux mint and am loving it so far. I do have a question regarding the window theme, is there anyway to make the window border and gtk/window theme match holo so its a complete theme?
or even other android themes

Yes, Holo is a complete theme pack complete with window theme, gtk theme, gnome shell theme and cinnamon theme. Download it (everything except the cinnamon theme) here: http://browse.deviantart.com/customizat ... o#/d4mr0s4
If you are using mint 13 or ubuntu 12.04 you need the unofficial newer version which can be downloaded here: https://github.com/r3gis3r/Holo-Gnome3-Theme
