Primary Display Setting N/A

I am running Cinnamon 64-bit on a Win machine I built awhile back. I've got 2 displays attached to a MSI graphics card. One is an HDTV attached via a DVI to HDMI cable, and the other is my primary display which is a standard 21.5" monitor attached via the VGA port.

Using Catalyst, there doesn't appear to be a primary display setting. All of my default desktop icons appear on the HDTV as it is attached via the DVI port.

Is there an alternate way of specifying the primary display so that I can avoid this behavior?

DISREGARD. I just answered my own query. The Catalyst manager is different than the Win version. Found the setting.

Thank goodness OS X is much quicker than this thing under Windows!
