I have a computer set up to test installs. I have 2 hard drives. The first hard drive has a partition for Mint Mate the other partition is for LMDE. My second hard drive is for Debian 6 Squeeze. I can get it to see sdb which has the 2 operating systems on it but not the Debian Squeeze on sda ). Sometimes I can get it to see sda and only 1 of the sdb installs...

I figured it out. I ran "os-prober" and it fixed me right up. Thanks to those that checked out my post.
