Scroll Wheel Speed

How can I control this in Mint 12 LXDE.

The amount of lines it scrolls at a time is far too many. I would like it to only move about 3 lines as opposed to the 10 (approx) that it is currently doing.

I'm using a MS cordless mouse if that helps.

Certain MS mice have this problem when dual booting with windows and linux. If unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in solves the problem, investigate
