On a fresh install of Mint 13 Mate, I installed WebHTTrack from the Package Manager. When I click on the program icon in MintMenu, it opens a new tab in my browser. The url shows:
http://pc-comp:8080/server/index.html.
I then choose English. Then I'm taken to http://pc-comp:8080/server/step2.html, but then my browser tells me:
Google Chrome could not connect to pc-comp:8080.
Please help.
Why does WebHTTrack work only occasionally (Mint 13 Mate)

I know this thread is old, but maybe it still helps. Webhttrack works for me only in Firefox with Chromium closed before (Mint 13 Mate). I got the idea from the ubuntu forum here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1092581
